Today : 乌云天的 Saturday!
Lets reminisce about yesterday!
I consider yesterday quite an enjoyable day.
I rush all my way to TPY HDB hub to submit my financial documents for "housing grant eligibility".
I took a cab down....心痛 lo. Now I am having tight budget. The final piece of $50 in my wallet.
Black get Eunise to fetch me at TPY to their office.
Dam hot & stuffy in the office as there's renovation work going on.

Around 5.30, Eunise says she hungry!!
She wanna eat my fav @ Kampong bahru!!
We ordered the "as-usual" stuff!!
Never get sick eating it!! "Slurp"

After things r done in office. Eunise & Jansen accompany us to view a 3room unit @ west coast.
In fact we wanted 4-room but since this unit is @ such good location, thus we go ahead to view.
The location is really great, its opp Sheng Shiong. But it's level 2 only. I am concern about my biggest enemey: 蟑螂!!!! & whatever that the level above me "SPIT" or throw will have very high tendency to "visit" my house. Especially: 香烟灰 that they "TUA"
The price is very reasonable. Asking only 20K with V$240K.
BUT....the whole unit is "RAW".
Their toilet have not been upgrated! Its' the "Ku" type and their tilling & flooring are those retro 80s marble tiles. If u were to drop a 10cent on the floor, I think U will give up finding. 哈哈
Thus based on our 3 professional "contractor" analysis...our renovation will require $20K - $25K.
Can you imagine!! We have not even add  in the money to buy house-hold appliances & furniture.
Two words: Anxious & Anxiety. This Sunday I am having 1 more viewing which is also around this area but higher level. Thus we will discuss after viewing the unit. "Pray hard we will have a good deal & unit"

Subsequently we went to "Lavender Food centre" for supper.
I really wish to take photos rather then always using my long-naggy words...but 我一直忘记 lo.
When the food arrive, I just can't wait to swallow them thus I totally forget about the photo-taking part.
I had  鱼片汤 as usual. They R there to QUEUE  for "Wanton Mee"
They simply LOVEs it so much but I don't find anything so "Yummy" about it. Maybe cos I am not a "mee" person. I am devoted to my 家香.家香.家香. 饭饭饭!!!! Not 面面面!!

As for today!!!!!
